Demo Player Terms of Use

The Muzak software demo player (the “Player”) is the property of Muzak LLC. The music made available on or through the Player is the property of Muzak or third party licensors. You are hereby authorized to access the Player and receive transmissions of sound recordings and the musical works embodied therein solely: (i) for personal, non-commercial demonstration purposes; (ii) on a single computer or other device that is not connected to any external speakers that provide audible sounds outside of the immediate vicinity of such computer or device; and (iii) solely during a period not to exceed two weeks (the “Demonstration Period”) from the date we send you an email with a user name and password to access the Player.

Muzak reserves the right to terminate all transmissions to the Player at any time with or without notice and without any liability to you. You further agree that you will not play the music received through the Player through a sound system for overhead, in-store or public use. Upon termination or expiration of the Demonstration Period, we invite you to contact us as at 1.800.331.3340 to find out more about Muzak’s subscription music services.

Our music services can be delivered via IP/Internet or satellite, have been fully screened for use in a business, contain no commercials or DJ interruptions, and are fully licensed for commercial use. Your use of the Player is subject, at all times, to the above limitations and the “Terms of Use” found on the Muzak website, (http://www.muzak.com/support/terms_of_use) (collectively, the “Terms”). Any violation of the Terms may subject you to liability, including for claims of copyright infringement.
