ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The primary functions of the Media Analyst is to support  P&T Analyst  is to support the Global Media and Technology Executive in global business partnerships, advisory services and global meeting solutions in developing strategic objectives and business plans for each global team. The incumbent will provide analytical and strategic support to selected business initiatives and act as a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the various managers and director assistants across the business.

  1. Support the Global Media and Technology Executive CTO in the overall management of Global Business Partnerships (GBP), advisory and meeting organizations, including: partner with communications on the sales/GBP/advisory/meetings and communication strategy (internal and external);
  2. Analyze key reports and track scorecards for goal achievement, investment prioritization and long range planning;
  3. Organize business unit reviews; produce various presentations and communications;
  4. Plan leadership team meetings; partner closely with HR, finance and the extended leadership team.
  5. Accountable for major growth (revenue-generating) activities.
  6. Assist the Global Media and Technology Executive CTO to create alternate distribution alliances to deliver transformational growth for the advisory business;
  7. Travel when required
  8. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • MBA required
  • 2-5 year, significant business experience in a related field or Internship
  • Experience analyzing and tracking data for strategic goal achievement
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to leverage direct resources and also secure support from multiple stakeholders across different functional areas / geographies. Experience managing new projects
