ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The primary functions of the Business Development Analyst is to increase revenue through alternate channels, strategic alliances, and external partnerships.   As the Business Development Analyst you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and implementing external partnerships and alliances that expand the reach of Mood Media/Muzak and generate incremental revenue. This includes proactively identifying potential new channels and partners, negotiating deal terms, and serving as the point person to ensure proper implementation.

  1. Create new strategic partnerships and initiatives with the goal of building alliances that drive revenue
  2. Provide leadership in the planning, design, due diligence, and acquisition of strategic partnerships
  3. Prospect for new alliances, drive leads and increase revenue from partners
  4. Work with existing departments to identify and prioritize potential alliances
  5. Structure and negotiate deals
  6. Travel when required
  7. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • MBA  Required
  • 2-5 year, significant business experience in a related field or Internship
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience negotiating and executing external partnerships and alliances
  • Motivated self-starter with strong sense of urgency, can-do attitude and great teamwork skills
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
